The Bowl The bowl to the south of Meany Crest. A heard of mountain goats is in the lower right; a good ski line is visible in the upper left
The Shortcut (1) Climbing the snow on the southern side of Meany Crest. We attempted the scramble at the top of the snowfield.
The Shortcut (2) The scramble at the top of the snow on the south side of Meany Crest. We tried to scramble up this but turned back.
Returning to the Snow Carter donnig his skis to traverse around the bowl after aborting the scramble.
