A late-season hike to Spray Park. Tthe weather was dry and the skies
mostly clear when I arrived at Mowich lake; it was 32 degrees. The
puddles in the road were topped with ice, and
the wooden trail retainers had thick glaze of ice, and a coating
of frost covered the trees on the shaded western slopes. There were sections of ice
and thick frost on the trail.
